Hotel is linked to Canal City Hakata with underground carpark. Not walking distance to the more popular areas like Tenjin or Hakata. Service was good as usual for 5 star hotel

A slightly aged hotel, but still very functional, spacious and comfortable.
Our plan also included the access to the GRAND CLUB whole day, which provides breakfast, refreshments during the day, and all kinds of wine paired with a good collection of food at night at their cocktail hour. And yes all the food in breakfast and at the cocktail hour were great.
The location is fine, though you do need to travel back to hakata station or tenjin station depending on your itinerary

Connected to the canal city shopping mall and to Kushida Shrine station. Nearby to the Nakasu yatai as well. Not as crowded as Hakata and Tenjin.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was awesome but the queue every morning was not so pleasant. Room and facilities wise is great. Location decent!

The service is excellent. I needed help with some food that needed to be frozen and the team was very helpful. Kudos to the entire Grand Hyatt team. Breakfast was also good. Rooms are a bit dated but location and service made up for it !
