The hotel is comfortable, clean and functional. The staff were very nice. Rich and quality breakfast. Convenient area for the station and transport.

Comfortable hotel, clean and with all the attention of the staff
But my perceptions were the following:
Area: approximately 7 min walk from Roma Termini Station, exit towards Via Marsala and follow to the left always forward, without error. They said the area is heavy bar. But the police is being done by the army and police of Rome, so, makes feel safe, many tourists stay in the region that is most considered and close to the station.
As for the hotel: Wonderful staff, everyone, reception, breakfast, management, everyone.
Cleanness note 10, undisputed.
Immaculate and comfortable bed linen and pillows, new mattress. Great towels.
Wonderful shower, the box is small so pay attention. TV only Italian channels, but I didn't even use so tired. It's really the room is tight but very good.
Another thing, there's a fridge that really freezes.
Excellent breakfast to get ready for a day of hiking.
Now if you want a luxury hotel, look for something else, this hotel is for those who want to relax comfortably after a day of sleeping.
