1. It is the “dependance” of another hotel so the check in is not at the same place. This was not clearly specified when I booked.
2. Check in is not really close to the “dependance” - when you have luggage it is very inconvenient to have to pull it all the way to the actual location - and on cobbled streets!
3. For the price the hotel is too “basic” - not even a mirror light in the bathroom.
4. Not a coffee pot in sight: not in the room (and breakfast is not included) and not in the common area either.
5. Reception was not very friendly.
6. Internet was not always working.
The one quality was cleanliness.

The room was large and clean and service provided by the staff was good.
They offered Wifi but we were unable to connect as the room was too far from the router, which was not ideal.
