HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very welcoming accommodation, in my opinion with a target slightly higher than its star. Owner always very kind and ready to recommend itineraries and places to make the most of your holiday in Naples.
Strategic location, very close to everything.
We will definitely be back

Hotel is basic, but a good night’s sleep due to the quality of the bed.
The bath towel had two holes in it.
The area has a number of prostitutes, but they did not actively seek business

Good location but disappointing management.

The location of the accommodation is convenient, close to the station and a short distance from the center and the various places of interest. Unfortunately the street is very dirty and noisy, as is the whole neighborhood and the surroundings of the station. The structure has only one star, the welcome was good and the owner was friendly but the service was truly basic. Bathroom without bidet, very basic shower cubicle, and hints of mold probably due to lack of ventilation (blind bathroom). Good housekeeping but poor maintenance, wires repaired with tape, patched walls and a bed slat that gave way when turning over in bed. Luggage storage is free until 2pm and then costs €5. New, never paid for luggage storage in the past. Towels changed sometimes yes, sometimes no, toilet paper rationed.
For €37 per night per person it could be a little more attentive to detail and service, which is a shame.

che Napoli e un po sporca e vero comunque e l'antica piazza mercato parallela al corso umberto primo la struttura comunque e due stelle poi se ci hai prenotato perche abbiamo il prezzo piu basso nel nostro piccolo noi paghiamo siae assicurazione non siamo degli abusivi descriminando a me la mia citta e la struttura poi e un servizio sta scritto anche su booking e sono soldi che prendono in piu i miei collaboratori e il deposito bagagli comunque ti auguro una buona vita perche io non ho tanta cattiveria come altre persone poi ce l'aria condizionata nuova sulla licenza in corridoio c e scritto chee due stelle la colazione sta scritto anche su booking non offriamno nessun servizio di colazione e sospesa da quando e arrivato il covid 19

Talking outside the room can be heard loudly. The staff was talking all night long and it was so loud that I couldn't sleep.

Don’t be scared of the neighborhood! Non lasciarti spaventare dal luogo/quartiere in cui si trova!

Even though you might think that the place is the worst you have ever seen, you are wrong! The minute you walk in, Michele greets you with the very best smile and warmth of a napolitan man! You won’t be disappointed! One of the best cappuccino I have ever had! Loved every minute! Grazieeeee
