Le nostre tariffe sono variabili, a giugno abbiamo dei prezzi ed a dicembre ad esempio, ve me sono altri. Se a lei non va bene, capiamo il suo punto di vista, ma non lo condividiamo. Ci dispiace ma se deve dare una recensione pessima per una sua scelta, non dipende dal nostro servizio offerto ma, ripeto, da una sua personalissima scelta. Buon porseguimento

Siamo contenti che il buffet abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative, pur tenendo conto della sua preferenza per il servizio al tavolo. Prendiamo nota del suo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente i nostri servizi.
È un piacere sapere che ha apprezzato le serate organizzate per i bambini, la bravura della cantante del piano bar e il trattamento del massaggio, che cerchiamo sempre di rendere un'esperienza speciale per i nostri ospiti.
Ci auguriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente per un altro soggiorno all'insegna del relax e della natura.

A hotel for families but not only
The restaurant, like the rooms (including the bathroom), have been modernized and I saw good attention to detail aesthetically (unpretentious but tasteful).
The food is averagely good: presented well, even if the dishes are a bit repetitive. The breakfast buffet is a bit scarce, but there is a bit of everything.
The location is good as it is close to the ski slope (I know there is a shuttle that takes you there), although beyond the slope there is not much else you can do in the area.
The price is in line with the quality of the service offered. For us it was a nice experience and we were pleased to see the small but great attention that the staff gave to our little girl.

Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile, la cortesia del nostro personale e i servizi dedicati alle famiglie, come le attività per bambini e la zona del ristorante pensata per loro. È sempre una grande soddisfazione sapere che i piccoli dettagli e l'attenzione al comfort delle famiglie siano stati apprezzati.
Ci scusiamo se il buffet della colazione e la varietà dei piatti non hanno pienamente soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Terreno sicuramente conto del suo feedback per cercare di migliorare questi aspetti.
Ci fa piacere che abbia trovato la nostra posizione comoda per la pista da sci e che l'esperienza complessiva sia stata positiva per la sua famiglia.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro!
