Very pleasant stay

Very nice property in the middle of olive trees. We had a bedroom with a small adjoining living room and a bathroom with a nice shower. Very nice staff. Little flat, the bed a little soft. Due to a general electricity problem, our host relocated us to a nearby hotel, of equivalent range. She took care of everything we didn't have to deal with.

It could get better....go elsewhere

Reception that leaves much to be desired. Staff absent, breakfast poor. It is an incredible cold in the rooms, impossibility to turn on the heating independently.
Too bad because all in all the location is not bad but should be managed better. Probably a foreigner fits but an Italian does NOT. The basics are missing.
If they improve, I'd love to go back.

Lovely place!

We stayed here for a couple of nights, the pool is absolutely fabulous and kept very clean! The kids really enjoyed it. The rooms were a good size, modern and very clean. The mini fridge was amazing as it was very cold, so great for storing anything really. Our air conditioning worked quite well but other residents said there rooms weren't great with air conditioning and their rooms were very warm even with air conditioning on. I personally found the beds very hard and did sleep great at all during our stay. The towels provided were also very thin.
Breakfast was lovely in the mornings but very small selection provided. Lunch we found limited selection and finished very early in the afternoon @ 2pm. Although food selection was limited, the food was nice. We did not have dinner here during our stay - we went out for dinner elsewhere.

Welcome, good food, fun and relaxation guaranteed.

A great welcome, helpful staff, very nice and kind.
Very good food, very comfortable and spacious rooms.
Very nice pool, only flaw: lack of showers.
Despite everything, the perfect destination for a wonderful family holiday.

I needed to be near Fasano and stay in the general vicinity for a work project. This hotel is an interesting type of accommodation. I had never stayed at an Agriturismo before. The are around this hotel doesn’t really have a taxi service so this hotel is not recommended if you don’t have your own vehicle and need to be mobile. The one night I stayed there was perfect. My room had windows on both sides allowing the balmy breeze and shear cutting to ventilate the room. It was basic but quite comfortable. The lady running the establishment at the front desk was most pleasant and accommodating. I definitely felt a positive vibe. One drawback of this property was the dog that lived there. He/she was just a loud barker when a bunch of cars returned to the property at the same time. It added a hominess to the place but could be an issue for some in search of more peace and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was included in my rate and was your typical standard fare. Overall this hotel worked out just fine for me.
