Very Dissappointing service, sangat mengecewakan
first day checkin at this was already disappointing.
1 day before by phone I confirm for room type and hotel assistance explained that the excutive room type is a room that has a living room. But upon arrival it was very different and the hotel assistance denied that they had ever explained this on the phone.
I'm stay here for busines, and this very disappointing for me.

Location next to a gallery mall, banks and tugu. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant have delicious local menu. Unfortunately room facing city view are very noisy

Excellent.
Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. For example, Milen in the restaurant was consistently attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished. Spacious rooms. Lovely beds. The large lobby and pool area provide an immediate and stylish impression.

Disappointing. I’ve stayed at the Kimaya a few times before, and it’s not as good as it was. The best thing about the hotel is the friendly car park staff. The rooms are dated, the bed not particularly comfortable, the bathroom badly laid out, small, smelly, and veritably not spotlessly clean. I don’t blame the cleaners - how do you clean a bath when you have no access to it?
The reception staff are superficially friendly and efficient enough. Our biggest gripe was that the hotel refuses to take food delivery, which must be left outside by the gate. And they won’t tell you that it’s arrived. It’s a strange policy, especially considering the room service menu is not that great.
Breakfast is ok, again, not as good as it was.
As a regular visitor to Jogja, I hoped that the Kimaya would be my regular hotel for many years. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be back.
