Dreamiest stay in Kochi at affordable rates
The hotel was at the perfect location and at walking distance from the Fort Kochi beach. Hygiene of the place was good. Staff was friendly, approachable and available. Breakfast options and menu were fulfilling and yummy! We would love to re-book our stay with them when we visit Kochi next time.

Great location and excellent service.
We loved Fortkochi Beach Inn the location is great enabling you to easily explore the sites of Fort Kochi.
The rooms are a good size and have western style ensuites with great wifi and streaming tv access.
Fortkochi Beach Inns restaurant- Coriander is a pure veg restaurant offering a range of fresh, local delicacies that are extremely pleasing to the pallet.
The staff are wonderful and ensure you have the most memorable stay by checking in and proving assistance to any service or question you may have.
We look forward to our next visit!

Fine for a night or 2
Loved the location close to the main sights or a short tuk tuk ride away.
Great roof top sitting area and nice public areas.
We liked our breakfast that included fruit, although a bit haphazard with service sometimes. We didn’t eat at night here as we found it a bit grubby.
We had booked a deluxe room with high expectations and we were a bit disappointed with the rather depressing lighting at night, having to ask for a kettle, an extra glass etc. The tv didn’t work and was promptly fixed but there were no English speaking news channels. We also battled with mosquitoes.
Probably fine here for a night or two but we were here for 6.

I stayed here for a full week on an academic research trip, and had a wonderful experience. The people who run the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful with everything. It's fairly basic, but was nevertheless extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean, the wifi and air conditioning were consistent and reliable, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a huge plus. It is served at the neighboring restaurant, which offers a choice of Western breakfast (eggs and toast) or Indian breakfast (a rotation of 3 different meals). The Indian breakfast was always superb, and very filling. It was often my favorite meal of the day! I would recommend this place very highly.

Was there with my brother for a night out
The room given was pathetic as it had sewage drain smell throughout the night and when asked for a different room, they said they’re full and hence can’t give any other room. The next day, when asked for a reduction in the pricing, they were extremely rude to provide any. No toilet kit was provided, the room was extremely below standard and it is certainly not worth the amount paid. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Kindly note we provided the guest Akshay a Standard Room as per his booking. When the guest informed us about the bad odour in the toilet after staying in the room for 3-4 hours our team provided cleaning and ensured that no smell was there in the room. We received no further complaints from the guest after that. The guest requested a discount at check-out time but we could not provide it as Booking.com had already fixed the price at which the room was sold.
Please note that the room in which the guest stayed is occupied almost every day and we do not get any similar complaints from our guests - please go through the feedback from other guests to verify the same.
The guest wrote such mean and false comments about the room as we could not give the discounts and this feedback is to be seen as misconduct of the guest to harm the fine reputation we built through quality service over these years.
