Cosy spot with scenic views

The pods are lovely. Clean, comfortable and well kept. Loved the nearby scenery. The owners are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend as found it to be good value for money and think it would be a lovely spot for friends, families or couples to use.

A picturesque stay but a cold shower

The area is picturesque. That, is undeniable. Very well situated, what could we ask for more? Ten minutes walk to a tidal pool, entry point to the Belmullet peninsula, a clean kitchen with a working oven, this farm has everything to charm.
Unfortunately, there were a few hiccups along the way. The beds were rather small (we had two very tall men with us, they did not spend their best nights). And the shower was cold. We switched on all the necessary switches but nothing to do, the shower was cold.
It is a shame, and perhaps there could be a written memo in the cabin to ensure the proper shower usage, if it was a fault on our side.

Very happy with accommodation

Just back after staying in Geraghtys farmyard accommodation. We stayed in the cottage which was so clean tidy and warm and all cooking equipment and dishes were there on the old fashioned dresser which brought back memories. Regina was lovely to talk with and nothing was to much for her. Would definitely recommend it as accommodation if you staying in belmullet

Both Regina and Joe were amazing hosts and the Pods are pristine nothing was too much hassle - very warm, great location and views and communal kitchen - en suite room too this is somewhere we will most definitely return to for sure…..really comfortable stay

Spotless place, Friendly Host, Convenient to the Belmullet Area

My family took up 3 of the 4 pods. We all loved the experience. The pods were spotless with a queen bed, a couch, and an in-suite bathroom. There is a roomy common (shared for all the pods) kitchen in a separate building with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, tableware, and a large farmhouse table. Plenty of room to cook a meal or enjoy take away. There were picnic tables and chairs outside each pod as well as a common firepit. A slow walk to the center of town is 10 minutes to pubs, shops, and restaurants. It's also about a 5-minute walk to the tidal pool for an evening dip if the weather is warm. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area both in some local history as well as places to see. We traveled around the area visiting many hiking spots and overlooks. It was nice to come back to the pods, park our car, walk to a restaurant for a nice meal, walk to a pub for some music, and come back to a quiet place where you could sit outside and enjoy the stars. This is where I and my family will stay whenever we come back.
