Fabulous stay! Very well located, quiet and clean room, and fantastic service from Sylvain, Akim, and the whole team. I plan to stay here again next time I'm in town.

This place was fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location, was clean and safe with many food options around and very close to Metro, and shopping centers.

Receptionist was super helpful - opened my bottle of wine and gave me a wine glass also provided a UK to EU converter too.

Very dirty, mold in coffee machine, milk > 1 month expired - definitely avoid
I have stayed in many hotels in Paris and never write reviews, but I have never experienced such a dirty room, so I am taking the time to write a review.
I had a single room for three nights at the Hotel Mogador. As soon as I arrived, I noticed a cockroach on the floor that had been crushed. The whole room and bathroom were very run down (holes in the bed linen, in the walls, etc.), but this would have been bearable if it had at least been clean. Unfortunately, everything was very dirty. There were disgusting stains on the pillow and the bed sheet. And when I wanted to unplug my cell phone cable, I was holding the entire socket in my hand, which is a safety defect.
The next morning, when I wanted to make myself a coffee in the capsule coffee machine in the room, I noticed that the water tank was covered in black mold. There were also particles floating around in both the water tank of the coffee machine and the kettle.
When I reported the mold at reception, the lady with long black hair (unfortunately she wasn't wearing a name tag, so I can only describe her that way) seemed uninterested and just said that they would clean it later.
I was not offered a coffee in the hotel lobby/breakfast area as an alternative, which I would have thought was appropriate politeness in such a case.
When I came back later that day, the water tank had been superficially cleaned and the water changed, but the corner with the mold had not been cleaned at all!! See my photos before and after cleaning. Mold is very unhygienic/harmful to health and it is simply unacceptable to expect a guest in a hotel to put up with this.
Finally, I discovered that the coffee milk provided for coffee in the room had expired for over a month!! This is also harmful to health and is unacceptable in a hotel.
Unfortunately, you can cancel the reservation during your stay. Overall, I was very dissatisfied. At an average of EUR 92 per night for such an unhygienic room, I felt cheated out of my money. All of my experiences are documented by the attached photos.

Zunächst möchten wir uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen, die Ihnen entstanden sind und die nicht akzeptabel sind.
Die Steckdose, die Sie versehentlich aus der Wand gerissen haben, wurde offensichtlich repariert.
Wir bedauern das kleine Garteninsekt (das keine Kakerlake ist), das in Ihr Zimmer eingedrungen ist. Es kommt mit Sicherheit von der Gartenterrasse im 4. Stock oder vom kleinen, blumigen Innenhof im 1. Stock, dem Innenhof, auf den Ihr Schlafzimmerfenster blickte.
Schließlich gehört die Person, die Ihr Zimmer gereinigt hat und in der Probezeit war, nicht mehr zu unserem Personal.
Wir entschuldigen uns noch einmal aufrichtig für diese außergewöhnliche Kombination „schlechter“ Umstände.

The electrical outlet that you inadvertently ripped out of the wall has obviously been repaired.
Concerning the small garden insect (which is not a cockroach) which entered your room, we are sorry. It most certainly comes from the garden terrace on the 4th floor or from the small flowery courtyard on the 1st floor, the courtyard onto which your bedroom window overlooked.
Finally, the person who cleaned your room and who was on trial period is no longer part of our staff.
We once again offer you our most sincere apologies for this exceptional combination of “bad” circumstances.
