Worth a visit!

We sometimes come across nice surprises, During our last stay in the Southwest, my wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by our 15 day stay at the Inn du Lac, Graulhet (Tarn 81).
The small lake is very close to the Inn (you can walk there) favoring a hike in the middle of nature.
It is true that this region of Tarn is quiet and green.
The Inn is very well located, easy to access with ample parking. The always smiling staff is ready to help, friendly and attentive, they excel to make our stay pleasant.
Also note the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Free wifi is powerful. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful with a large amount of options.
The regional gastronomy is rich in many specialties and local products, watch out for your line!
We especially fortunately enjoyed a good sleep cure because we slept in a calm regenerative.
Go ahead, you will not be disappointed and check for yourself on the spot the sincerity of this testimony!

Opinions about the restaurant

It is unprofessional to accept a reservation one night at the restaurant reluctantly. Despite good products, the reception is deplorable. The boss took the plate off us, barely the fork laid; they were clearly anxious for us to leave. The lights went out and, worst of all, the heating was replaced by air conditioning, or at least turned down to the maximum. Anyway, I've never eaten so fast, even at McDonald's we stay longer.
What a pity because side meal it was good..

Bonjour Madame , nous sommes assez surpris par votre commentaire car nous accueillons les clients avec grand plaisir, y compris le soir, du lundi au vendredi, même si nous nous levons à 5H du matin, tous les jours, pour les petits déjeuner de l'hôtel. Nous n'avons jamais fait en sorte de pousser les clients à la porte. Je ne sais pas quel heure, il était mais je pense qu'il y a une mauvaise interprétation des faits, car le chauffage ne peut pas basculer en climatisation sans reparamétrer. Il y a 3 réseaux d'éclairage donc passé une heure nous réduisons une partie surtout celle inoccupée , sans que cela gène nos clients. C'est tout simplement une question d'économie d'énergie et de bienfaits pour notre planète. Je ne pense pas que Madame vous ait mis dans le noir. Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire concernant la qualité de nos plats et produits. Nous sommes désolés que vous soyez partie sur une mauvaise impression, car nous faisons tout, pour satisfaire nos clients. Je vous propose de vous présenter la prochaine fois afin que nous en parlions, si vous le souhaitez. Dommage que vous n'ayez pas manifesté cette petite insatisfaction, lors de votre passage en caisse, car nous demandons à chaque client, si tout s'est bien passé.

a very pleasant stop

from GRAULHET we stopped for lunch at the restaurant where we had a good time , a good welcome and a simple and effective meal , with a very good value for money and a fast service!

Very disappointed!!!!

I'll be brief.... bathroom room, tuft of hair on the water drain (handicapped shower) which I don't mind if it had been clean...no curtains hello privacy... ah if a positive, they grabbed my little dog who weighs barely 5 kg, but it costs 5 € per night x2... she refused to enter the bathroom...lol...
Anyway, this is the first time I leave a review on the net, what a lack of respect for customers, it is not to harm the establishment!!!!! that is my feeling.

Bonjour, bizarre de mettre un tel commentaire alors que vous nous avez dit que tout s'était bien passé. Quel est l'objectif sinon, celui de nous nuire. Les chambres sont nettoyées et contrôlées, tous les jours, donc nous ne pouvons accepter ce commentaire négatif sur la propreté. Pourquoi ne pas avoir fait constaté le problème car nous aurions pu faire intervenir tout de suite le service de nettoyage. Peut être qu'il n'y avait pas de cheveux à la réception de la chambre? Comme très peu d'hôtels nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie moyennant un supplément de seulement 5 €, même les campings le font maintenant . Ce mode de fonctionnement est pratiqué partout. A ce sujet, nous vous avions signalé que votre chien devait allez faire ses besoins à l'extérieur de l'établissement et ça n'a pas été respecté. C'est une question de respect et de propreté envers tous. Les chambres PMR sont adaptées à la circulation de chaises roulantes et il ne doit avoir aucun obstacle. Nous sommes désolés, de vous avoir attribué cette chambre, mais malheureusement c'était la dernière disponible. Nous respectons tous nos clients et nous essayons de leur apporter le meilleur des conforts. Bonne continuation . La réception

Disappointing

Very disappointed with the reception of the hotel. I felt like I was disturbing.
The comfort of the room is just adequate. The bathroom is very cramped.
After going back to bed, I put the towel in the shower tray to change it. This has not been done. In the evening, I had to ask twice to change the towel.
When leaving, they explained to me that the maids had changed and that she did not have the instructions. A check could have been carried out.

Bonjour Monsieur , nous sommes désolés mais toutes les consignes sont affichées y compris pour la gestion du linge le Week-End.
Comme expliqué le linge est changé à la demande pendant les Week-End.
Bref, le problème a apparemment été résolu alors nous ne comprenons pas ce genre de publication sinon celui de nuire à notre image.
Concernant le confort de notre établissement 2 étoiles et l'accueil, heureusement nous avons plutôt des commentaires très positifs.
