Very bad experience! To avoid absolutely!!!!
We arrived and no staff to receive us. We had access to the room using a key in a code safe. Big surprise when we returned to the apartment...room used and not cleaned. The bed had been used, sheets, comforters and pillows not changed! Towels used in the bathtub. The apartment had not been redone and cleaned! Everything is in very bad condition. The dirty walls, the carpentry have a deplorable appearance.
After several attempts to contact us, we ended up leaving without using this apartment and without being able to speak with someone responsible. We finished reserving an outro place to stay in an emergency. We have of course complained without response to date. No return and even less refund.
In short, it appears that this accommodation does not have minimum conditions, with facilities in poor condition and very poor hygiene, without organization, with terrible service, practically non-existent. When we arrived, we found other guests needing help, but no one to match the need. It is clear that this accommodation is not at all recommended. Absolutely flee!!!!

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests must bring footwear for the spa. The spa is open from 10:00 to 22:00. Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa and children over 16 must be accompagnied by adults. Spa access is at an extra charge. The swimming pools are free. Please note that kettle/toaster and hairdryer are available at the reception upon request. If you expect to arrive after 23:30, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that baby cots are available upon prior request only. Need to be requested 48 hours before arrival. A towel kit including a small and large towel can be rented for EUR 9.
