Thank you for taking the time to post your review of our property. We note that you enjoyed the cleanliness of our rooms and amenities, however your dining experience was regrettably poor especially with the long wait and poor service. This is unacceptable and we have already held discussions with all concerned parties to ensure that such issues no longer arise.
We sincerely hope this does not deter you from visiting us again and hope that we get another opportunity to showcase our property.

Over all at smugglers
But what really made this a 10/10 experience for us was the staff! The most friendly, kind, helpful, happy people I’ve seen working in hospitality for a long time. They couldn’t do more for us and made us feel so at home! If you’re looking for somewhere in Nadi definitely hit up smugglers or even just for the evening vibes.
