I recently stayed at Acom Hotel Berlin City Süd, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The hotel's amenities, including Wi-Fi and room service, added convenience to my stay. The central location was also a plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. While some minor improvements could be made, such as quicker response times for certain services, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean and quite, but no working AC made it hot at night.
Ser ice was bare minimum and several references to 'sorry but we are renovating' - which is a reason but that is you probl m not mine and if it makes my trip uncomfortable there are things you can do to compensate...

My stay was okay. There was no refrigerator in the room . I was awaken early morning by a lorry delivering to McDonald’s next door. I will definitely sleep there again because it’s not far from the airport

its close to my work place. Location is very good, very close to Mcdonalds & Aldi. just walkable to Hakibaba, turkisch tasty food restaurent.

We only stayed there for one night since we were just passing Berlin. The people working there were really nice and we also got some treats for our small dog. The bad thing was that we made sure to book a hotel with air conditioning but the ac we had in the room did not make so much difference. It was really hard to get any sleep cause we were sweating all night. Also, the shower got flooded just by turning on the water for 10 seconds and that was pretty disguisting.
