Geweldige locatie en zeer goede stem
Ik kwam voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten in de toeristische conferentie
Meestal verblijf ik in Kurfürstendamm, ik werd begroet door een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en kreeg een grote kamer
In termen van milieu-strategisch, het was onberispelijk omdat het treinstation ligt vlak bij het hotel en je hebt supermarkt geweldige restaurants alles op loopafstand.
Het enige wat ik kan zeggen moet verbeterd worden (en laat ik duidelijk zijn. Het is niet iets dat mijn algehele ervaring heeft beïnvloed. )
1 . Housekeeping vulde niet de koffie en room in de kamer. Toen ik het vroeg, zei hij dat ik het bij de receptie kon vragen, ik neem aan dat het een taalbarrière was en niet iets anders.
2 . Het verwarmingssysteem voor de handdoeken in de kamer werkte niet. , het is niet zo cruciaal, maar zoals ik weet, NH gelezen en in gedachten houden elke Feedback, ik geloof dat het de moeite waard is vermeld.
3 . Als platina lid kan ik snel internet ontvangen. Toen ik incheckte gaf de receptie me een code en het werkte perfect tot de dag erna.
De dag nadat ik het internet verloor en toen ik contact opnam met de receptie, vertelde de persoon achter de balie me dat de code maar voor één dag varieerde en dat ik voor de tweede dag moest betalen, toen ik hem vertelde dat ik een platina lid ben, verontschuldigde hij zich en legde onmiddellijk het code ding uit en gaf me een andere code,
Niet overstuur of zo maar dan kan hij gewoon het kamernummer vragen en kijken : )
Naast het hele team vr. De schoonmaakploeg aan het ontbijt personeel was erg vriendelijk.
Geweldige keuze, veel waar voor je geld en over het algemeen fantastisch hotel.

Geweldig verblijf
Ik heb een geweldig en naadloos verblijf ervaren. Geweldige klantenservice en vriendelijke benadering. Zeer handige faciliteiten. Goed ontbijt met top kwaliteit product. Zou gewoon aanraden om twee koffiemachines te zetten.

Ons verblijf in het hotel was geweldig! Alles werd behandeld met top - notch professionaliteit en geweldige gastvrijheid. De medewerkers van het hotel waren ongelooflijk, altijd glimlachend en enthousiast om te helpen als dat nodig is! Onze kamer was precies de juiste grootte, met een geweldig uitzicht op de stad. De locatie was perfect voor gemakkelijke toegang tot onze tours, restaurants, enz. We vonden de waarde was indrukwekkend voor ons verblijf van een week! Beveel het hotel voor uw reis naar Berlijn!

Geweldig hotel!
Briljant hotel voor ons verblijf in Berlijn! De locatie was perfect en direct naast het station Friedrichstrasse - 2 minuten lopen. De omgeving voelde veilig en had veel winkels in de nabijheid.
Hotel was schoon en personeel aangenaam - bereid om te helpen met elk probleem. De kamer zelf was comfortabel met zachte bedden en kussens. Badkamer had een oplichtende spiegel die het klaarmaken gemakkelijk maakte. De douche was ook geweldig!
Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf hier en zou zeker terugkeren naar dit hotel als ik ooit weer in Berlijn ben en zou iedereen aanraden om hier te verblijven.

Korte stedentrip in Berlijn.
We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in dit centraal gelegen hotel naast het U-bahn station. Het personeel was behulpzaam en beleefd, Engels werd veel gesproken.
De kamers waren schoon en rustig 's nachts.
Er is een fitnessruimte en een uitstekend ontbijt.
Regina en Amelie zorgde voor de bar en het restaurant in de avond en liet ons zeer welkom voelen. Een leuke touch was gratis drankjes elke dag dat we geen gebruik maken van de kamer schoonmaakservice.
Er is een gratis bagage opslag faciliteit die we gebruikten op onze laatste dag.
Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven.
De kamers waren schoon en rustig 's nachts.
Er is een fitnessruimte en een uitstekend ontbijt.
Regina en Amelie zorgde voor de bar en het restaurant in de avond en liet ons zeer welkom voelen. Een leuke touch was gratis drankjes elke dag dat we geen gebruik maken van de kamer schoonmaakservice.
