From the apartment at the top you have a great view

Super central and the suite at the top has a great terrace with a great view of the whole of Nicosia. However, it takes quite a long time for the water to heat up and you could only fill the bathtub halfway with hot water. In one place it was dripping from the ceiling.

Mixed feelings

The Apartment G.R. City Heart Nicosia a bit of an anomaly, part business premises, part apartment block. We had booked two rooms. A two-bedroom apartment for my guest and a single for myself. Arriving early the two-bedroom studio was still occupied so we dumped the suitcase in the single room and went off to view the city. The apartment is ideally situated for exploring Nicosia as it’s only few minutes’ walk from the old city. On our return we found that the second apartment was only a one bedroom flat. After an exchange of telephone calls a blow-up camp bed was found and a reduction in fees was negotiated. For the price the room was adequate, reasonable bed and nice shower room but this incident had an adverse effect on my appraisal

Apartamento situado a pocos metros de la zona antigua de Nicosia. Tiene 2 habitaciones con cama doble, baño, salón y plaza de garaje.
El baño es algo anticuado. Las camas una fue cómoda y la otra no. Las sábanas eran algo viejas.
Lo peor fue que no nos dieron indicaciones al entrar y la entrada fue algo caótica. Tuvimos que llamar al dueño y nos dio las indicaciones por telefono.
Eso no es profesional.

Superbe appartement

Appartement avec une situation privilégiée pour visiter à pied le vieux Nicosie. Il est situé tout près du magnifique musée archéologique de Chypre, Leventis Gallery. Parking privatif. Appartement au 2ème étage avec ascenseur et qui ne laisse pas indifférent car la déco est audacieuse , tendance, avec plein de bonnes idées du sol au plafond. Béton sous toutes ses formes, briquettes, peinture originale,...le tout avec du volume et de l'espace. Climatisation, petit balcon. Un peu de bruit de circulation le matin dans la chambre, à partir de 6 heures .
