All was as expected. Room numbers were a bit confusing… had to search a bit to find ours but eventually did.
Shower was a bit confusing to turn on. Some direction in the room would be helpful , we had to call down to the front desk to get help.

The massages booked were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and I specifically asked if the Hot tub/sauna/pool were working 2 days prior and the hot tub was not which was one of the main reasons we were planning the trip.
The top 2 relaxation methods were not provided or refunded as such.
Overall the bed was comfy, not many tv channels, the room was nice, and the features that did work were lovely.
Staff all friendly except for Nala.
Strongly recommend selling or having polysporin for injuries or burns.

Friendly service. Washroom had that cottage stink. Heater didn't work or was on "hold" at -19 outside. Bed was comfy.
