I recently spent a weekend at the Residence Inn by Marriott Montreal Airport and was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience turned out. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which really set the tone for my stay. Although I wasn’t aware that onsite parking came with an extra fee, the hotel staff were understanding and generously provided a relief, which I truly appreciated. The overall environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Abusive parking prices
Amazing!!! They charge you 7$ at the parking for the 2 minutes it took me for a drop-off of two people at the reception.
Incroyable!!! Ils vous facturent 7 $ au stationnement pour les 2 minutes qu'il m'a fallu pour debarquer 2 personnes dans la réception.

Pre-Flight Stay
Reserved a room for an overnight before an early flight from YUL. Upon check in, inquired about the shuttle for our 7:30 am flight and was told no shuttles available; all booked but we could just take a taxi ( at our own expense) . Proceeded to go up to our room (3 of us total) with our luggage. The area just out of the elevator was basically unpassable with a team of some sorts all spread out on the floor doing crafts, while others ran around, screaming and doing handstands along the corridor. (they were just having fun, but I am sure it may have bothered other guests) We realized we were on the wrong floor (thankfully, haha) and waited 6 minutes for an elevator that had enough occupancy to take us up to the next floor.
We used the sofa bed which was VERY uncomfortable; while the king sized bed was nice.
In the morning, our UBER driver came to pick us up and came through the gated parking area. We wouldn't exit and he couldn't figure out how to get the gate open. My husband had to run into the lobby where they explained how to call someone from the gate. Another family traveling with us in their UBER had the same exact exiting trouble.
This hotel is clean, and conveniently located. With that said, using it as a park, sleep, and fly is not recommended and I would not consider staying here again as there are many options in the same area for a better price.

No shuttle, no long term parking, uncomfortable hide a bed
We booked this hotel for the airport shuttle but it was full. The long term parking was full also and employee had said no problem. We had to beg for a spot. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable and not made even though we had booked for 3 guests. The breakfast was not available to go. It feels like we got over promised very much under delivered.
