Excellent accommodation
The food is excellent as it includes a buffet for all tastes. The rooms are cozy as they are quite comfortable and the facilities are modern, including everything you need for the best stay. I wish I could have been around longer.

I was very satisfied. It was worth it.
The staff is polite, friendly and attentive, the accommodation is comfortable and clean, very good breakfast, a great hotel. There is also a swimming pool, sauna and gym that I fail to judge for not having had time to use them, who knows at a next opportunity.

Attention to cleaning
The hotel is not bad but needs to be improved. Although the rooms are large, good and with clean clothes, the curtains, the couch, the covered floor needs to be urgently cleaned. Especially the curtains! The lack of water for meals is shocking. It should be noted that the water is at our disposal but we cannot serve ourselves after all. One of the employees who works at the restaurant is not a good professional.

Scam
The service very good, but I have been charged 2 times more with the credit card and returned only once. A disgrace a hotel in this category that does not refund the amount. It's a covert scam. I don't know if they've done it to more people.

Excellent service, cleaning and cleaning of the room impeccable!
Excellent hotel, good mt breakfast, very good internet, cleanliness and organization of the rooms and environments are excellent. The staff at the reception and who arrange our rooms are very polite and attentive. "If you leave the badge on the door, no one knocks or enters your room."

I have been staying at the hotel for 20 days ( working in Guarulhos-SP ) and I will stay until 01/12/2024, so far I have not received any disturbances or problems, all very good and working well during my stay here! Only one point, which would be the hotel academy that should receive more attention regarding the acquisition of new equipment, given the wide space available, as it has few equipment and weights.
I would like to make a special recognition to the collaborator/wife Mrs. Fatima for her professionalism, dedication to her work, education and attention to the guests! Congratulations Mrs Fatima and thank you very much for your attention and gentility during this time of my time here at the hotel!!! Congratulations to the managers who hire and have excellent professionals in their staff.
