I don't intend to come back

Our stay was on Holy Week holiday. The hotel has a good structure, good and comfortable rooms, simple but tasty food. Overall, we were well served. However, pools are the big weak spot. Inadmissible the dirt accumulated on the edges, with sludge between the jets. In addition, the heated pool was not properly air-conditioned exactly on the cloudy days.

I'll never come back

I was there now day 17 with my family and we were so disappointed that we came away before we finished our stay there, we were not treated well, we will not return again and never that I will indicate this hotel, I understand that in the beginning of the week and how is few guests becomes difficult a steak, but the food was horrible, they gave us such an old and refined rice that gave noise to eat, the meat impossible to chew, full of nerves, raw, finally, the food was horrible, now I will talk about the hygiene of the pools, were so dirty that I did not have the courage to enter, another thing, they should take care of the coconut feet that are full of lagrants, I have panic and had to keep the door of the bag closed all the time, I never come back, so bad that I never come back for free.

Never again I will return and do not recommend

I will leave my sincere review, I hope to collaborate with both future guests and the hotel. Whenever I look at the reviews of a hotel, I see some people with meaningless and completely superficial complaints, I will be as reasonable and rational as possible.
I stayed at the hotel with my family, I went through the indication, a friend had stayed last year and a acquaintance also had stayed in it before, the two praised a lot, said that the food was great and the pools too, I got excited and made the reservation, but I barely knew these good things were reserved only for high season or weekends. We stayed during the week, we never felt so bad in a hotel, its structure is very good, spacious and comfortable rooms, but the food and cleanliness of the pools, was completely disappointing, the dirty pools, they did not have the courage to suck the dirt that decanted to the bottom of them, all were dirty, there was even a frog in the covered pool when we arrived, on the second day sucked the air conditioning, but the external remained dirty, neither the chairs that the guests used in the weekend in the pool areas they put in place, nor a tent that the wind took a part of it they put back.
The food was a terrible chapter of our stay, we perfectly understood that having fewer guests in the hotel the à la carte service would be the most viable, but could have a little consideration and capricho with who stays on less busy days, lunch and dinner with an extremely reduced menu, very few options, the rice was more than obvious that it was already several days, one of the days I went to eat garlic spaghetti and oil with counter filé slices and I came out to frustrated, the meat seemed to have been cut to shafts and full of nerves and hard parts that could not be eaten, served a horrible bean, white and just tempered with salt, ordered egg fried yellow with soft fillet for my son and came with the yellow until so dry and many other episodes. A suggestion for the à la carte service is to make a menu with more varieties and present to the guests in advance and mark the dinner time, then there will be no waste and the fresh food can be made, I think we deserve it.
If meeting in the middle of the week is impossible, it is only to block this type of reservation, much better than treating guests this way.

For the price we expected more!

The room we stayed in is large and very comfortable. The beds are very good and the bedding as well. The bath towels and pool are also very good. All staff at the hotel are very friendly and attentive. The cleaning is good too. The pools are air-conditioned and have a heater. When we arrived the pools were dirty and with a lot of sludge, then they were cleaning and they were good. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and recreation for the children was weak and for adults had nothing. You had live music in two dinners and once in the pool. It was cool! Gostamos.
The part that left us frustrated was the food. Little variety in all meals. We paid full pension. Had 3 meals that we ate there simple card without much. Of dessert only 2 or 3 types (milk pudding was what most served in the beginning,
The food is delicious yes, well seasoned, but we do not like the simplicity of the menu. The Sunday breakfast, which was our last day, was delicious. It didn't look like we were in a hotel. To tell the truth, we're not coming back.

Calm, quiet

Nice room, clean pools, very polite and solicited attendants, delicious breakfast, good lunch, dinner few options of variety, patient recreators and careful with the children. Recommendation of water park.Critica, where is the park near the pool was high and is in a place where the sun hits, leaving the toys warm.
