TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
This place doesn't even deserve half a star. Rotten, filthy place, has a receptionist who doesn't know anything, a manager who isn't on site during the weekend. A cheap hotel doesn't mean it's a filthy place. Cheap hotel is a simple and clean place. THIS PLACE MUST HAVE AN URGENT INSPECTION. It shouldn't be working

Freak show!
I'm used to traveling inland, alone, staying in simpler hotels. However, the Hotel Cruz, where I went with my family, reached an astonishing level of neglect, lack of commitment and seriousness, and I don't even know if it deserves to be called a hotel.
Terrible structural conditions, dirt in every corner, literally. In the garage, in the corridors, in the bedrooms, in that cafeteria.
The cafeteria deserves additional comment, due to the breakfast!
Scary!!! Abandoned (there wasn't a single employee), with food exposed at room temperature (the 3 slices of ham must have been from the previous week, considering their color).
It was the first time in my life that I couldn't eat at a hotel breakfast, I only had a cup of milk (tiny), for fear of feeling sick afterwards.
It looked like the food had been there for months, terrible appearance, dirty, even abandoned.
I'm not even talking about the lack of variety, as simpler hotels have the basics, coffee, milk, bread, butter, biscuits, cake... that alone would be great! At Hotel Cruz, not even that!!
On the tables, the remains of food from previous guests, all very dirty.
The hotel towels are also a separate chapter..... with stains, rough like sandpaper.
The irony is that in a hotel that lacks the basics, there are electronic locks in the rooms!
In short, I embarrassed my family, and I felt obliged to warn everyone NOT to stay at this hotel, unless you like a pigsty.

Very Ruiny
The hotel looked abandoned! Ownerless .
The employees seem to try hard but without guidance and resources there is no magic.
The bath towels are horrible, they look like they have been 100 years old without being changed, the rooms are full of animals, there is no cleaning of the rooms. The abandoned garage anyway, I don't know how they survive.
I do not intend to return to this hotel and would only recommend it to those who are used to these environments.
Well, they will abandon it!

Hotel Cruz in Divinópolis/MG - Terrible Service.
Terrible service, I had already completed check-in and even so the receptionist took too long to get going. I checked into the hotel at around 1:40 pm, according to the hotel's information, the apt. It is only released after 2pm, that's OK, however it was already 1:40pm and the attendant said it would take a while.
So I said we would have lunch and when we came back we would get the key. We went down to the garage, put everything back in the car and went out for lunch.
We returned at 3:30 pm and to our surprise the apartment was not available, the receptionist informed us that they were still cleaning and changing the bed covers. So far so good, I swiped the card, and we continued waiting, 20 minutes passed and nothing, I asked and she said to wait and that when it was ready she would let me know.
I found it negligent, as it was a reservation made about 3 days before, for accommodation on a weekend, when the flow of guests is not so intense.
I decided to request a refund and look for another hotel, we stayed at the Excellence Comfort Hotel, which is well located, has efficient service, very good rooms, a great breakfast and the price is not that much higher than what we would pay at the Hotel Cruz.
It is regrettable that in a hotel the professionals working on the front desk (reception) are so unprepared and treat customers with disregard.
I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

Muito ruim, sem limpeza.
Muito ruim. O lixo do banheiro tinha lixo do hóspede anterior. A roupa de cama parece não ter sido trocada ( além do mais a fronha estava rasgada e não tinha virol). O banheiro tinha um cheiro péssimo ( assim como o corredor). Café da manhã muito fraco ( não havia em xícara pra tomar café). Garagem péssima, cheia de pilastras. Experiência muito ruim
