Perfect Staycation

We stayed here in January straight after our wedding and we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The rooms are luxurious, the food is fabulous and we enjoyed using the pool. Highly recommend and we can't wait to visit again in the future.

Wonderful Holiday destination

The location, food, rooms and customer service were magnificent.
Michelle from reception was nothing short of superb. She made our stay a very memorable one. Her friendliness, professionalism and ability to go out of her way to ensure we had a great stay was fantastic.

Hotel is a building site.

Our recent stay at your hotel was certainly nowhere near the minimum expectations for rate that we were charged.
Firstly, there was no communication to us prior to our stay that the hotel is virtually an entire construction site. Not only did this deter visually from our stay, the noise at times was so loud that we could not even hear our friends while sitting next to each other at the pool. I believe that the hotel contacted some guests prior to the stay that this was happening but we were not lucky enough to receive this.
Secondly, the entire left side of our room had no power, hence the TV and coffee machine etc just did not work at all. We moved the coffee machine and plugged it in next to our bed to make coffee. Our Aircon was working however the wall terminal did not, which meant we couldn’t change the temperature which was far too cold.
No staff were present in the evening to assist us.
Even our breakfast was impacted when the gas line was been cut, which meant we couldn’t even have hash browns with our breakfast or scrambled eggs due to no gas.
Whilst I fully understand the need to improve the hotel, what I don’t agree with is charging clients full price for staying there while this is all taking place. It is simply not fair.
